Holistic and allopathic nutritional consultant who loves to be in the kitchen dreaming up the next culinary caper! Food is my first love, so teaching the value of wholesome meal choices to families is close to my heart. I want to re-instil the desire for good quality, homemade, (mostly) healthy food into the hearts and kitchens of families so that the next generation will be less box-reliant than mine. I firmly believe that any “homemade” food, even when labelled as "naughty", is a more wholesome treat than pre-packaged, cookie-cutter junk.

These days, I'll bake anything and everything, so long as there's someone to eat it! A medical problem in my early adult life left me intolerant to caffeine, alcohol, meat, dairy, egg yolks, oils, nuts or anything high in oil or fat content – ironic since I used to be a carnivore weighing over 200 lbs in my teens! Now, the focus is on enjoying what I can eat – not just eating because I can!
